All you have to do is run! No, not really… not if you’re running properly.

So, I’ve been trying to improve my running form. I’ve been reading around and found some very similar tips on most respectable websites and sources out on the Internet. I fuond a pretty good video detailing most of the common points I’ve seen. It’s an ad/hype for a DVD series (I haven’t seen it, so I am not specifically recommending it), but I think this video snippet is pretty good and details out all of the tips I’ve seen.
